About
Nikki Hart is an Of Counsel attorney in Los Angeles Office, practicing in both the Entertainment/Media and Family Law Departments. Prior to expanding her practice to include Family Law, Nikki has held various senior positions in the sports and entertainment industry over a 20-year span, including currently serving as General Counsel for Athletes Unlimited, an organization that is expanding opportunities for women in professional sports. Previously she has held roles with the National Football League, and Speedo North America, among other entities that own and provide services to music and sports venues worldwide. Knowing the impact the entertainment and sports industry has on women and families, she is well positioned to help those in sports industry with both professional and personal matters.
Throughout her career, she has earned a reputation as a bridge builder, especially in the most difficult conversations. She is an ideal mediator and has successfully mediated family law disputes involving both custody questions and division of community assets, as well as business disputes and intellectual property matters.
Her diverse legal background is complemented with a Master in Social Work, experience as an Adjunct Professor at Loyola Law School and a love for creative writing. Nikki is licensed in California and New York. She currently resides in Venice with her son and twin daughters, and is a regular traveler. She speaks Portuguese, is a member of Women in Sports & Entertainment and Toastmasters, and looks forward to making a lasting impact in all of her communities through all of her work.
