Bao Pham has represented public and private entities in a variety of litigation matters, including civil, contracts, real estate, business, and title insurance disputes. Bao focuses on understanding the immediate and long-term needs of his clients and finds practical and effective solutions. Bao excels at solving problems involving complicated facts and niche issues of law. He has represented his clients in federal jurisdictions in California, Pennsylvania, and New York and before all levels of state court in California.
Prior to joining the firm, Bao was at the law firm Best Best & Krieger LLP, where he represented public entities on matters involving municipal law, land use, election law, mass torts, housing, and mandamus claims and successfully defeated a petition seeking writ review before the California Supreme Court.
Bao was also previously at Bohm Wildish & Matsen, LLP, and served as a staff attorney at Jones Day, where he handled litigation filed in several federal jurisdictions against his client under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Bao attended the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where he participated in moot court and was a staff editor on the Journal of International, Transnational and Comparative Law.
Bao was born in Vietnam and has spent most of his life in Orange County. Bao speaks fluent Vietnamese and is learning Spanish. In his spare time, Bao enjoys staying active, going backpacking and hiking, reading, and playing chess.
